Earlier this week, a judge ruled (PDF)
that Zynga would have to face a revised lawsuit over allegations that
it defrauded investors by offering overly-zealous news about the
company’s future at the time of its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The
investors allege that Zynga knew that an upcoming platform change
at Facebook would decrease the company's ability to rake in revenue,
but executives concealed that information. After the successful IPO, the
complaint says, the executives sold off their Zynga shares before the stock price collapsed.
You can purchase these trees directly using Farm Cash via your FarmVille Market. You may also “adopt” any of the new trees on your Facebook News Feed from your tree-breeding neighbors’ shares. If you are lucky enough to adopt one, be sure to say thanks. Each of these new Australia trees will be available during the next 13 days only before they are set to retire from the FarmVille Market.

Will you be growing any of these new Australian Trees on your FarmVille farm?
FarmVille’s Australian theme continues tonight with new Limited Edition decorations added to the FarmVille Market. In your FarmVille Market you’ll find a Frogmouth Bird, Outback Gnome, Outback Pong, Outback Flowerbed, and Cracked Earth Path.
The Frogmouth Bird is a decorative bird that cannot be harvested. In other words, it will not yield Farm Coins because it’s just a decoration. There’s also a new Outback Gnome for your FarmVille Gnome collection along with some other decorations including two Farm Coin items which are the Outback Flowerbed and Cracked Earth Path.
Check out the new batch of Australian items including these decorations in your FarmVille Market during the next 13 days only before they are set to retire.

There’s a new Boomerang crop in town and it’s a Farm Cash crop part of the Limited Edition Australia theme. The Boomerang crop requires that you first purchase a permit to grow the crop on your FarmVille farm. The crop permit can be purchased for 4 Farm Cash.
Similar to other previous Limited Edition Farm Cash crops, once planted on your farm, the Boomerang crop will not wither or die. That means that you can harvest at your leisure or at its every maturity time which is every 11 or 12 hours (there’s a discrepancy in the FarmVille Market icon versus the permit icon). You will gain 1 XP and 270 Farm Coins per plot upon harvesting. The length of the permit is 7 days or one week from the time of purchase.
